The new laboratory of A.C. can provide four types of tests:
Combustion test

It is necessary to verify the burners' projects. To operate this test A.C. has got the new Siemens Ultramat 23 a CO/CO2 gas analyzer. From this test we obtain the test sheet in which the client can check the fundamental parameters of burner's combustion. We have also a special termocouple that can reach more that 1000°C to check the burners and covers temperatures. As you can see on the right, in the same time we can notice Co and Co2 production, the Co/Co2 ratio, the capacity of gas to the burner. 

Overheat surface test

It is provided with 5 different special termocouples. These are thin and provided with a special adhesive film so they can be fixed on the plate or whenever temperature is to be measured. 

Oven test

In this test there are 5 termocouples of k type that are inside the oven and one more manual termocouple. The fives are put inside the oven to verify the correct distribution of temperatures. The sixth one is used to verif punctually the temperatures of both external and internal parts of the cooker. 

Efficiency

This test is, at the present time, important as the combustion test. Infact while combustion test give us information about the pollution generated by the burner, this test give us informations about the effective quantity of energy used and the quantity of energy wasted. 

As you can notice, all the tests are made throught a special hardware developed especially for A.C. by the Software Engineering: this hardware provide all the measures trought a special component that convert all signals (from termocouples, from as analyzer, from the gas counter) and send it to the PC. All data are processed by a software (also developed especially for A.C.) that provide the graphics screenshot shown above. 

The most important part of all these is that every client of A.C. can acquire the experience of A.C. and build an its own laboratory: all clients can buy the A.C. software and A.C. hardware and start a laboratory that is to be consider one of the most modern around.
